Terms of Use – BreedBloom
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
Welcome to BreedBloom. The Service is provided by BreedBloom, a business based in California, United States ("BreedBloom," "Service," "we," "us"). By using BreedBloom, including our website, web application, and mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

BreedBloom is designed to help breeders and families:
• Track litters and puppy development
• Share information between breeders and adopters
• Manage training, weight logs, medical notes, and appointments
• Communicate through messaging tools
You agree to:
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Not upload harmful or inappropriate content

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity under your account

3. User Content

You may upload:
• Puppy photos
• Weight logs
• Health notes
• Training information
• Messages
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us permission to store and display it as needed for Service functionality.
You agree not to upload:
• Content you do not have rights to
• Harmful, abusive, or illegal material

4. Documents and Electronic Signing

BreedBloom provides tools for users to create or upload documents, collect information, send documents, and obtain electronic signatures. Users provide and control their document content. BreedBloom does not supply agreement wording, review documents for legal compliance, or provide legal advice.
The sender is responsible for the document's content, selecting appropriate recipients, providing required transaction disclosures, obtaining any necessary permissions, and complying with laws applicable to the transaction. Each person signing is responsible for reviewing the document and confirming their authority to sign.
BreedBloom is not a party to agreements between users and their recipients and does not guarantee that any document or signature will be enforceable in a particular transaction or jurisdiction. Questions or disputes about the underlying agreement must be addressed between its parties.
Users authorize BreedBloom to process, store, and deliver documents and related signing records as necessary to provide the requested service. Users must not use the service to impersonate another person, forge a signature, or submit information they are not authorized to provide.
Recipients confirm their email address with a one-time code before they can open or sign an agreement. Signed agreements and their signing records are kept for seven years after the final signature, or longer when needed for a dispute or a legal requirement. During that time the parties can get a copy through the agreement link after confirming their email address, and the sender can download it from their account. Signed agreements are kept even if the sender deletes their account, so the other parties keep access to their copy. For help with a document, contact support@breedbloom.com.
Recipients are not asked to accept these Terms to sign a document. Signing a sender's agreement is an agreement with that sender, not with BreedBloom.
These responsibilities do not exclude or limit duties or liabilities that applicable law does not permit BreedBloom to exclude or limit.

5. Subscription & Payments

If BreedBloom offers paid subscriptions:
• Pricing will be clearly stated in the Service
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account (web) or through the App Store or Google Play (mobile); access continues until the end of the period already paid for
• Payments are handled securely by payment processors (e.g., Apple, Stripe); BreedBloom does not process payment data directly
• Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies
• For purchases made on the web, you may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge by emailing support@breedbloom.com. After 14 days, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the paid period

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Violate these terms
• Abuse the platform
• Pose security risks
Users may delete their account at any time through the Service settings. Signed agreements and their signing records are kept as described in section 4, so the other parties to those agreements keep access to their copies.

7. Disclaimer

BreedBloom provides information-management tools. It does not replace professional veterinary advice.
Use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for:
• Data loss
• Service downtime
• Decisions you make based on Service content

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. We will tell you about material changes in the Service and ask you to accept them before you continue. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute with BreedBloom about these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
